Cassie is a Novice Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with children, youth, adults, and families. Cassie wanted to share who she is and her therapeutic styles she incorporates:
I truly value supporting children and youth through a fun and creative approach. I often
incorporate exploratory play, art, and hands-on games to help young clients express emotions, foster growth, and develop coping skills that align with who they are.
When working with adults and families, I take on a collaborative, compassionate, and balanced approach, meeting you where you are. I believe healing and growth extend beyond the therapy room. I prioritize mindfulness and movement in my own life; practices that ground me and inspire the balanced and present approach I bring into our work together.
I am currently finishing my Master’s degree in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy, where I have had the privilege of learning how to thoughtfully integrate spirituality into psychotherapy. I support individuals in exploring what feels most meaningful to them in their lives, recognizing that each client’s story is personal and unique.
I believe that each person’s story is still unfolding. I am passionate about supporting clients as they explore, re-author, and reconnect with their narratives in ways that feel authentic and empowering. I look forward to working alongside you and supporting you as you move toward growth, healing, and meaningful change.
